increase your
joint mobility

A 30 minute workout that will increase your joint mobility and gets rid of tightness in your muscles using Self Myofascial Release techniques and deep tissue stretching. Reboot will physically de-stress your body so it can work more efficiently. It will also increase blood flow which helps for faster recovery from your work-out and improves the muscle-tendon quality in order to bring your training to the next level.

Focusing on target areas such as hamstrings, hips, lower back and shoulders will improve your overhead squat, deadlift, pull-up or box jump.

You will feel the difference already after one workout of only 30 minutes, but the 10 week workshop will give you more results than you can find excuses. We will be there to help you through all the options so you can personalize a routine to fit your specific needs.

A full body workout consisting of cardiovascular and muscle strengthening, skipping, stretching and plyometrics.
The trainer/instructor also ensures that a solid technical understanding for kick-boxing will be taught. We aim to maximise your strength, condition and overall stamina.
