At the initial functional screening and assessment we gather a complete picture of your abilities and fitness level. Based on the findings we will create a M.A.P. (massive action plan) based on phases where we periodically increase the intensity ensuring results and minimizing injury. You will be the best you can be..

From day one I train at Sky Health Den Haag. A great gym with a nice and relaxed atmosphere, beautiful equipment and very professional, experienced personal trainers.
