What is Crossfit

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Functional movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. We offer CrossFit classes every day of the week. The daily WOD is mentioned on the homepage of our website. Members can book two weeks of voting by logging into their Sportbit account via our website.

Is Crossfit for me?

Everyone can do CrossFit, regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. Our program is adapted for each person to help him or her become healthier and fitter safely. Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same general training. (More information www.CrossFit.com)
